homeowners Options..

Panel of experts join forces to provide a free workshop for those struggling with
their mortgages.

Santa Clara County: Bay Area homeowners who are threatened with foreclosure can
attend a free workshop to learn how to save their home. "Homeowners have options",
says Hannah Fliegel, Credit Repair Expert and founder of the Foreclosure Options
Network. Partnering with renowned Tax Attorney Steve Moskowitz, homeowners will
learn several options as well as their legal rights.

At the Workshop, homeowners will have the chance to ask questions specific to their
situation. Panel will cover topics such as loan modification, TILA law, Bankruptcy,
Short Sales, Short Write-Down FHA Refi, Tax options, Tax planning, Credit Repair
Strategies and more.

Workshop will be held on Saturday, November 8, 2008 in San Jose, CA. at the Clarion
Hotel San Jose Airport, 1355 North Fourth Street, starting at 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
