Press Release Summary: With the property market badly hit by the December 2007 HIP legislation, UK agents are finding multi instructions being outwayed by sole instructions which means less instructions for all. According to INEA, the recent HIP legislation, which requires that the selling agent has to be able to give sight of the HIP to interested parties, has meant that the average agent is carrying just 12-15 properties.
