In addition, Polycom’s software upgrade programme means customers can benefit from their product’s latest enhancements through its free online upgrade service. To qualify for the accreditation, Corporate Telecommunications’ Gavin Lomax and Chris King completed two tests, one in video solutions sales training and another in video solutions pre-sales technical training, after studying through Polycom’s online university.
