changes but is responding to them. Effective Friday, April 18, The Sterling Inn will
be introducing its new Casual Dining Menu.

As the effects of a difficult economy begin to filter down to individual and family
budgets, The Sterling Inn is moving to ease the financial burden of dining out. The
traditional fine dining menu at The Sterling Inn will be replaced with a casual,
more accessible menu. Chef Sterling will continue to demonstrate his award winning
skill by providing the finest quality of food and service at a more economical price
point.

\"Great food is great food. Spring and summer provide the perfect backdrop for casual
dining. After listening to my customers, I felt it was time to give back, so I
created a friendly, price-conscious menu to reflect the changing times. I am excited
for the opportunity to provide a variety of quality choices that everyone can
enjoy,\" said Chef Proprietor Sterling Smith.

Effective Friday, April 18, 2008, The Sterling Inn will be known as The Sterling Inn
CafA© & Wine Bar. To launch the new menu, Chef Sterling will be hosting a Food and
Wine Tasting featuring new menu items on Thursday, April 17, 2008 from 7:00 p.m. to
10:00 p.m. This event is open to the public.
