The Total Athlete started teaching lacrosse in October 2001. They have gained many skills and new information on which gear is works the best for each position and style of playing. The need for new and used equipment continues to grow rapidly. They need to be able to supply equipment, which kids could afford, so the game of lacrosse can continue being played by local kids. Since there wasn\'t any lacrosse in Holland, MI in 2001, they took it upon themselves to fill this need. The company has grown to new levels, now currently shipping their lacrosse helmets, heads, and other gear all over the world. They ship overseas and anywhere in the country. On top of all the lacrosse gear that is being sold, they have also started their own camps and leagues. There are two indoor lacrosse leagues (fall/winter) and a summer outdoor lacrosse league. These leagues are broken up by age and experience and are open to all players. They put on 3 Beginner Camps, for male athletes each year, and have camps and leagues year around for female athletes too. Their goal is to give the athletes every chance of getting better regardless of what time of year it may be.
