Press Release Body: KANSAS CITY, MO. – January 31, 2007 – The National Portable Storage Association has announced the date and location of its 2008 NPSA Spring Seminar. The event will be held in Winston-Salem April 3-4, 2008 at the Marriott Hotel.
\"We are developing an event that will promote learning, business opportunities, networking and camaraderie amongst all participants,\" said John Finnessy, CMP, Executive Director of the NPSA, a nonprofit membership association dedicated to the advancement of the portable storage industry. \"It is our goal to provide an eventful conference that presents pertinent educational programs and facilitates the exchange of ideas between members, sponsors, exhibitors and guests.\"
This year\'s event will feature educational programs, recreational activity. Seminars include \"Advertising Your Company, \" \"Getting Involved with Your Town, City or Municipality, \" \"Wireless Business Solutions, \" and \"Perspectives on the Container Industry and Container Usage.\" The event will also include a roundtable discussion and a visit to Midway Trailer, a local NPSA member, where we will offer hands-on demonstrations and discussions of locking devices, trailers and other aspects of yard operations. Trailer manufacturers such as Contral and Landoll will have product available for hands-on inspection.
Recreational activities include a visit to the Childress Winery, a well-known local winery operated by NASCAR team owner Richard Childress. Childress Winery is widely considered one of the most spectacular vineyards in the region. The event will conclude with an authentic Southern barbeque dinner.
