Press Release Body: South Yorkshire\'s multi award-winning Wentworth Brewery ales
will be made available at a newly renovated pub in Hillsborough - in time for the
busy flock of Christmas punters.
The pub which re-opened under the new management of Richard Barwick on 15 December,
will also be offering a unique variety of ale, named after the free house – George
IV.
George IV is the latest link in the \'real ale trail\' which has been expanding from
the city centre towards Hillsborough over recent years and the fine selection of
Wentworth beers is sure to attract a loyal following of real ale fans.
The free house will be stocking five of the Wentworth cask ales, including the
popular Wentworth \'Bumble Beer\' and the award winning \'Oatmeal Stout\', along with
various other seasonal and guest varieties.
Chris Tinker, Wentworth Brewery’s sales manager, said: \"We are delighted that our
ales are to be served at the newly refurbished George IV pub and that the A61
corridor is continuing to develop a reputation for showcasing real cask ales. We
wish Richard every success with his new venture.\"
