San Francisco, CA—May 30, 2006— Richard Canady was named one of the nation’s top 10
Mergers & Acquisitions lawyers by the United States Lawyer Rankings. Mr. Canady has
also been recognized for his expertise in the area of Mergers & Acquisitions by The
Best Lawyers in America.

The United States Lawyer Rankings was recently established by a consortium of U.S.
corporations to recognize lawyers who have consistently provided the highest degree
