Press Release Body = August 1, 2006

Switch-Mobile announced the launch of Globe Dialer™ – a proprietary software that
reduces international calling costs, improves convenience and saves time for
business and individual mobile phone users. The Globe Dialer™ software is downloaded
directly onto a mobile phone and does not require PIN codes and dial-in numbers. The
company believes that this application has the potential to severely disrupt the
calling card industry.

But what is truly unique about Globe Dialer, is that it does not rely on VoIP for
the domestic component of the call, thus eliminating the need for high speed data.
In other words, unlike other offerings that run over data and can be shut down by
the carriers - Globe Dialer™ cannot be turned off by the underlying carrier.

Currently, Globe Dialer™ is compatible with a large selection of Motorola, Nokia,
Sony Ericsson and Palm Treo - with BlackBerry phones expected to be supported in the
near future. However, even mobile phone users who do not have compatible phones are
able to take advantage of the PIN-less, dial-in calling rates from their handsets or
home phones.

Founder & COO, Jenny Fielding notes “we have taken our cues from the business
community who needlessly rack up huge mobile phone bills calling clients abroad.”
In addition, the application “fulfills the needs of millions of immigrants and
Expats living in the U.S. who wish to stay in touch with friends and family back
home.”

Globe Dialer™ is now available for download at www.globedialer.com. Service is
currently offered to U.S. based customers only, however, Globe Dialer™ will be
available in Canada by the end of the month and select European markets in the
coming months. The company is also negotiating licensing deals with media, VoIP and
telecommunications companies in India, Europe and the U.S.

Switch-Mobile, LLC, the company behind Globe Dialer™, was founded with the express
purpose of providing the public with simple, convenient and affordable ways to
access mobile phone service. Globe Dialer™ is the first product offered by the
company.
